Biography[]
Childhood and Adolescence[]
Jeffrey was born on May 21, 1960, to Lionel and Joyce Dahmer, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His mother was a mentally ill drug addict and his father was divorced. His parents quarreled a lot. Joyce often attacked Lionel with a knife in front of her son. At the age of three, Jeff underwent surgery, after which he became emotionally detached and quiet.
One day Dahmer collected tadpoles and gave them to a teacher, but when he found out that she gave them to classmates, he got angry and stole them by sneaking into a classmate's house, after which he killed them by pouring machine oil into a jar. In his spare time, he and his father began dissecting animal corpses.
At the age of 17, Jeffrey noticed that he was gay. When her parents divorced, Joyce started humiliating Dahmer and then left with his younger brother. Father went on vacation for 3 months. Disappointed in his mother and ashamed of his orientation, he began drinking and exercising a lot. At one point, he tried to attack a passerby running past his car, but did not dare.
First murder[]
On June 18, 1978, Jeffrey gives a ride to a hitchhiker named Steve Hicks. They spend some time visiting Dahmer, but Steve wants to leave. Jeffrey refuses to let him out and flirts with Steve. But Steve refuses. In anger, Dahmer kills Steve with a dumbbell and then sexually abuses the corpse. Worried that his family will hate him, Jeff decides to get rid of the corpse. He puts the body in the car and drives away. But the police noticed Dahmer because he was drunk and driving very carelessly and dangerously, the police stopped him and forced him to go home. Jeff had to dismember the body at home and scatter the remains around his apartment.
1980s to early 1990[]
During his last studies, Jeffrey drank a lot in class, and at one point he appeared in a photo with the best students without permission. Lionel returns home with his girlfriend Shari Jordan and sees beer scattered all over the house. After Damer's conviction for filth, the family goes to a restaurant after a while where they discuss their son's future. His father decides to send Jeff to Ohio University. But Dahmer fails his first semester during his studies. He skipped all his classes and drank a lot before passing out. Greatly disappointed in his son, Lionel sends Jeff to the army. During the service, he learns about the drug with which he raped his colleagues. Dahmer was later expelled from the service due to alcoholism.
He moves to Miami, Florida for a short time, but then he calls his father and visits his grandmother named Catherine. Jeffrey promises Lionel that he will get a permanent job. While shopping for clothes, he notices a mannequin and then steals it from the mall. Jeff uses the mannequin as his sex doll, but then Catherine notices the mannequin and throws it away. Jeffrey has a nervous breakdown during which he screams and swears at his grandmother. After a while, Jeff works as a butcher, but then he gets fired, because during a heavy intoxication Dahmer started masturbating at the fair. During his intoxication, he saw Stephen Hicks in hallucinations.
